So, I did it. After years of renting I finally decided to become an adult and buy a house. What was I thinking? This is expensive! Luckily I have friends with tools and knowledge so I should be able to get through this okay.
The first project is the bathroom. I figured it would never be dryer or easier to paint than after sitting empty for a few months. What started out as a quick paint job has turned into a nightmare. But this too shall pass.

Pictures? The only pictures I see are in my anxious imagination. Are these pictures right in front of me and I'm missing them?
I'm anxiously following your home-buying/building progress because it's a vicarious journey for me. I'm jealous and envious and proud of you all at the same time!
